How does Jobs Connect pick professionals for my job?
You choose the skills the job needs. The matching engine only considers professionals who have those skills, then scores them on distance, availability on your date, rating, ID verification and experience. You see every score and why.
When does the professional get paid?
You pay into escrow when you hire. The money is released when you approve the finished work — or automatically after 48 hours if you don't respond and haven't raised a problem.
What if something goes wrong?
Raise a dispute from the booking. The escrow is frozen, both sides can share evidence, and our team releases, refunds or splits the payment.
How much does it cost?
Posting jobs and applying is free. A platform fee is taken from the professional's payment when it is released (10% for jobs, 15% for deliveries).
Can I hire for a full-time position?
Yes. Choose "Employment" when posting. Matching and hiring work the same way; the salary is paid directly by you.
How do I become a verified professional?
Create an account, add your skills, then upload your ID under Verification. Verified professionals get a badge and rank higher.
